Digital New Media Demonstration, Service and Training Specialist

Midwest Media Group, Inc., a leading reseller of computer & technology solutions for the media & entertainment/broadcast industry is searching for highly motivated individuals to join our expanding technical services teams in Arlington Heights, Illinois and Royal Oak, Michigan.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience servicing and supporting MAC/PC based digital workflow solutions from companies like Apple, Avid Technology, Autodesk, Digital Rapids, etc. Technical support/training certifications from Apple and/or Avid would certainly be regarded as a plus.

Primary job responsibilities will include performing system demonstrations to prospective customers, system integrations/on-site customer installations, application orientation/training and on-going technical support.
